The Land Pride RTR1258 Series Reverse-Till Rotary Tillers turn the soil to prepare a seedbed for gardening or lawn seeding. With uses in both rural and non-rural applications like landscaping and gardening, the RTR1258 Series offers an economical tilling solution. The RTR1258 reverse action ‘sucks’ the tiller into the ground and does not walk on top of hard ground like forward rotation tillers can. Land Pride reverse rotation tillers tend to achieve greater depth of penetration, moving and pulverizing more soil in the process, while burying residue as opposed to leaving it on top. Reverse tilling is not recommended for rocky soil.
